I got an underage consumption ticket on my way home from family thanksgiving in MN.?

I got a minor (underage consumption) ticket on my way home from family thanksgiving. I was in my girlfriend's car, didn't feel good and threw up out the window. :-/ But anyways, a state trooper was behind us, saw it and pulled us over. He gave my gf a sobriety test, and she ped because she didn't have anything to drink, and then gave me a breathalyzer and of course I failed. Is there any way I can fight this in court? I've heard stuff from both things like you can't get breathalyzed if the driver doesn't have any alcohol to you are allowed to drink with your parents but I don't know if thats the case in Minnesota. Any ideas would be great!
