Religious leaders do you have spiritual qualifications to readjust others and keep an eye on ourselves too?

The way to fix things is to get rid of religious leaders. Let each person find his own spirituality. If you want to follow Jesus then pray in a closet, not a church, as he ordered you to. (Matthew 6:5-6)
