Night Elf Priest or Human Priest?

Hey everyone, In World of Warcraft I decided to make a priest to help my guild and stuff. But I was wondering what should I be? A human priest has that one spell at level 10, Desperate Prayer/Heal? That instantly heals for X amount. And at level 10 for Night Elfs is a Arcane spells that damages them for X amount. And I need help with who has most Intellect,Spirit,Stamina. HELP!
