Why won't my Evidence Blaster program erase the temporary files on my Dell pc?

After I run the EBprogram I'll go to tools, internet options, settings, view files. On screen I'm looking at all these temporary files. According to the people at EB either there is a program or software on my pc that is blockingEB from erasing these files.How do I find and correct the problem?Also, is there a better program available than Evidence Blastethat will work on my Dell pc?
