How can I go from Salzburg to Karlovy Vary with public transport (bus, train, etc)?

I am travelling to Austria and the Czech Republic and I would like to jump from Salzburg to Karlovy Vary, but I can't find what combination of buses or train I can use between those two places. thanks!
