How long does the cannaer need to be in the fridge for?

i made canaer yesterday and put it in the fridge overnight....then 2day when i looked at it 12 hrs later the er still isnt seperated from the water...how long does this take???? i want my cookies hahah and how is the high from ingesting bud like this?
