I need car advice about this prelude.?

There's a 2000 honda prelude 5 speed and the guy wants $3,200,BUT the car has 247,000 MILES!!! tho he says that 90% of them are highway miles (he was in the military). it looks and runs nice AND its a honda. Should i by it or leave it alone?
