Knitting pattern question... HELP plzz!!?

you cant be knitting in the round if you have purl rows.the shape you are making is like a T up the back and increasing for the sleeves.35cm is the length of the back that is why you mark last row.but I cant see how you get 152 sts as 70plus (8x10) is 150 sts .hope this a little bit of help to you .sounds a nice little jacket.
