Moms Only- Did I ruin my ?

I use the advent pump and bottles. I usually hand wash all that.... BUT... I decided to use the dishwasher today to wash my pump, baby bottles and . When they came out they were orange in color. This most likely happened due to spaghetti sauce in the dishes and pot. I was unable to get the orange out of my usually very clear colored . Can I still use them? or are they ruined? Thanks!
