A question for ALL religions?

What scietific revelations does your holy scripture contain? Does it contain knowledge that modern science has just recently proven true? Did people of your faith think that the sun revolved around the earth, or did your holy text tell you that the sun was at the center? If there was a holy scripture that revealed that the sun was the center of the universe, or explained atmospheric conditions, or that mountains went into the earth, not just above it, would you believe? How about if one explained the development of the human embryo, or put forth the Big Bang theory, over 1300 years ago? That the earth is round, not flat? Would you believe, if this evidence was laid at your feet?
