Personally, I think she's lying about not eating a meal in 3 years. If she wants to die, then it's her choice. For your own peace of mind just stay away from her and don't read her blog. People with serious eating disorders usually don't talk about it, it's their secret. Those who do talk about it usually are looking for attention.
