Tweaking psp for nubs?

i have a psp thats been sitting in my room for over 2 yrs. i have not played with it or even touch it. i know theres alot of tweaks for it, being a computer illiterate i was wonder what is the easiest and simpliest way to tweak it so i can do whatever there is possilbe.....thanks
