What is a decent expat salary in Vietnam Ho chi minh? As a operations manager in aviation.?

i have seen an Expatriate Jobs in Vietnam for a manager positions with a decent salary like hotels, IT, teacher, banking, and etc...for starting salary at-least $1500USD /month...so, i am sure for the operation in aviation can be much higher...probably can be anywhere around $2000-$2500 a month...
